My name is Lee, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist creating a safe and inclusive space for people to share their stories and find support with life’s struggles in a judgement free environment. The transition to being a new parent can be overwhelming. Just juggling everything that life throws at you can be stressful as an individual and finding time to take care of yourself or be with your partner can feel almost impossible. It’s natural you might feel burnt out. Together, we can help you reconnect with yourself/feel like you again, regulate your nervous system, and find ways to navigate stress. You deserve to go through your day without constantly feeling overwhelmed. Through warmth and understand we can create a space where we can be compassionately curious about what is needed to reach your therapeutic goals, express yourself, and process your emotions.

In our therapy space, you will feel warmth and compassion that is inherent in creating the type of safety needed to promote lasting positive change. Our therapeutic relationship will promote connection and find the support you may be in search of. You will experience therapy that is grounded in relational systems, which allows me to show up as an authentic human in sessions and help you foster healthier relationships and behaviors. In sessions we will tap into a multi-modality approach that can work for individuals, families, and couples. Which emphasizes looking at all of you as a person, all the systems influencing you day-to-day as well as the intergenerational impacts that make you whole.
